This highly engineering polarising microscope utilises superb mechanics, a rugged platform and it is offered at a cost far from similar models in this catagory. Motic's petrographic microscope can be used as a standard bright field or as a polarising microscope for investigations in geology or mineralogy. The PM series contains two different models; the PM-1805 with swing in/out analyser & polariser and the PM-2805 with 1/4 ? plate, ? full plate, Bertrand lens and a coaxial focusing adjustment.
